through coaching sessions, the coachee is supported by the coach with the aim of developing their abilities and finding their personal balance so that they can discover the effective leadership style that suits them.

if we were to define effective leadership, we would say it is the process by which an individual influences the thoughts, actions, attitudes, and behaviors of a group of people, resulting in their joint participation in achieving goals for progress and prosperity.

it is a complex and dynamic function that cannot be interpreted statically and unilaterally. to be understood in its entirety, it requires being seen as a process based on pillars such as the leader’s personality elements, the profile of the team members, the culture that governs the team, the system’s values, the cultural capital, the source of power, the external environment, opportunities, as well as the threats of the environment.
